Training new HIJACK DITs

Last week we were busy training our new DITs at the office with help from our existing DIT team.

Our 3 day course covers the role of a DIT, the importance of procedure, etiquette on set, and colour theory alongside hands on camera experience. Following this, our trainees will go on the job with existing Hijack DITs to be sure that they’re confident in the role before graduating to fully fledged members of our team.
